I led design for both internal and client-facing tools across four markets, helping scale an AI-powered accounting platform. I redesigned key flows: documents processing, work with transactions, filings, escalations to cut manual work, improve transparency, and reduce service load. That efficiency gain played a direct role in moving the company to profitability.

I designed a no-code visual workflow builder tool
that empowered non-technical teams to automate thousands
of internal processes without writing
a single line of code (well before an AI era).

voice-bots and became a core tool in scaling one
of Europe's largest digital banks.
